At Wallory, each product is made especially for you. Because our items are custom-made and personalized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered

How to request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Email us at: support@wallory.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Non-refundable cases:

  • Incorrect image uploaded by the customer

  • Low-quality images provided by the customer

  • Size or material chosen incorrectly by the customer

  • Minor color variations (due to screen differences)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
